Pet friendly home in Barban

  • This charming stone house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has been beautifully renovated with lots of character. Many original elements remain, such as the old tiles in the living room. All bedrooms are comfortable and air-conditioned. WLAN internet access is also available. A covered terrace with barbecue is available for short meals. The stone walls that enclose the property offer complete privacy in the pool area. The villa is located on the edge of the village, in a relaxing, natural environment ideal for family activities, romantic getaways and relaxation. Villa Milica is one of the first villas in Istria to be awarded the Eco Domus certificate. The certificate guarantees guests that they are staying in an environmentally friendly villa. In order to obtain the certificate, the villa had to fulfill several conditions (environmentally friendly detergents, recycling, etc.). The idea of the project is to make Istria a 'green region' and to limit the impact of vacation homes on the environment. A dry steam cleaner in the villa ensures a clean and safe environment.



    Villa Milica is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed. The small village of Sajini is the perfect starting point for day trips to Pula, Rovinj, Labin and Opatija. It is an excellent place for a combination of quiet and active vacations.

    Pula is the most important and largest port in Istria and has recently become a real tourist gem. It is also surrounded by the green countryside of southern Istria with exceptional beauty and culture. This port city is blessed with a surprising number of historical sights, magical beaches and the indescribable beauty of the Istrian interior. By far, the 2000 year old amphitheater is one of the most astonishing symbols of Roman influence in Pula, the 6th largest in the world. Guests are offered sports facilities, leisure and entertainment content, dance evenings, clubs, casinos and numerous excursions.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es war für uns nahezu perfekt. Durch die Mauer und die Ortsrandlage ist man komplett für sich und einfach ungestört. Das Haus ist wie abgebildet, der Vermieter ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Dorf kriegt man alles, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten durch und durch entspannen

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in der Villa Milica! Vom ersten Kontakt über die wirklich herzliche Begrüßung und Betreuung vor Ort durch Franko bis zum Abschied war alles perfekt! Franko ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, er lebt wirklich noch Gastfreundschaft und man fühlt sich willkommen wie bei Freunden! Wir sind seit vielen Jahren leidenschaftliche Ferienhausurlauber und die Villa Milica gehört mit ihrer vollkommenen Ausstattung zu den Besten! Frank spricht sehr gut englisch und so konnten wir uns richtig gut unterhalten, Er hat uns sehr gutes Grillfleisch besorgt und die Nachbarin brachte uns Bio-Gemüse, Eier, Olivenöl usw. Im kleinen Laden im Ort bekommt man alles, was man sonst noch benötigt - der Laden erinnert mich an unseren Konsum in der DDR, nur mit nahezu komplettem Supermarktangebot :-) Das Haus ist bis in die letzte Ecke perfekt sauber, der Pool ist wunderschön und hatte Ende September auch noch ca. 24-25°C. Wir haben eine Woche die unglaubliche Ruhe genossen und waren auch viel unterwegs in Pula, Rovinj, Kap Kamenjak usw. - es ist alles gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und Franko hat uns auch viele gute Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Wir können das Haus wirklich weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße an Franko und Danke nochmal, dass du so einen wunderschönen Ort mit uns teilst!

Wir hatten im August einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Milica. Franko war ein guter Gastgeber und hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts. Aus der Nachbarschaft wurden wir mit Bio Gemüse, Eier und Olivenöl versorgt. Das Haus war super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Das Haus hat eine super Lage, ruhig und doch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Wir wurden nicht sehr nett dort empfangen. Ein schlecht gelaunter und überforderter Mensch,stand vor uns und schimpfte vor sich hin. Unsere Kinder, weinten teilweise und so starteten wir nicht sehr schön in den Urlaub. Wir bekamen Aufgaben gestellt, Katze füttern, Blumen gießen und den Mülleimer sorgsam zur Straße zu stellen. Man fühlte sich nicht willkommen und so ging es auch die Woche über. Am Ende stand der Gastgeber um 7:45 Uhr vor der Tür und so fühlte man sich am Ende auch noch rausgeschmissen. Wir hoffen wir sind nur eine Ausnahme, aber es war im ganzen eine nicht sehr schöne Erfahrung, da kann das Haus auch nichts gut machen.

Absolut zu empfehlen, bei diesem Haus sind nicht nur die Fotos toll, es entspricht wirklich eins zu eins den Bildern. Wir und unsere 4 Hunde die dabei waren haben uns einfach so wohlgefühlt:) Franko und seine Familie waren wunderbare Gastgeber, alleine wegen den dreien würden wir sofort wieder hinfahren.

Wir können die vielen positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Schon vor der Anreise wurde der Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen. Am Tag der Anreise teilte uns Franco mit, dass die Villa schon fertig ist und wir auch schon ab 14 Uhr kommen könnten. Wir wurden in der Villa durch Franco erwartet und er zeigte uns alles. Das Haus selbst alles wie beschrieben - perfekt. Uns hat vor allem das landestypische am Haus gefallen. Die Villa liegt am Rand des Dorfes und dort hat man absolute Ruhe - keine Autos, keine Flugzeuge und auch keine Nachbarn - herrlich. Ausflugziele, Bademöglichkeiten und Restaurants wurden uns durch Franco auf der Karte empfohlen. Haben wir auch reichlich genutzt und waren nicht enttäuscht. Für uns war es ein herrlicher Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft und sehr gut ausgestattet, bis ins kleinste Detail ist an alles gedacht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, für uns perfekt. Der Pool ist wunderschön angelegt, insgesamt ist die ganze Anlage sehr schön und gepflegt. Auch die Fahrräder, die zur Verfügung stehen, haben uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Die Betreuung durch Franco und seine Frau war erstklassig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
