Spacious house in a quiet place ideal for larger families or groups. In front of the house there is a covered barbecue with seating and a large pool ideal for spending warm sunny days.
The house offers entertainment for all ages; billiards, slide, children's swing and table tennis.
The house consists of two units. The first unit has a large living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms. In the living room there is a sofa for extra 2 people.
The second unit or separate studio consists of a living room (sofa for 2 extra people), kitchen and one bedroom with a double bed.

All rooms in the house are air conditioned and each has its own bathroom.

Super Woche

Eine sehr schöne erholsame Woche in einem sehr schönen Haus und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Sauberer Pool, geräumige Schlafzimmer und tolle Bäder. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Es hätte besser und schöner nicht sein können! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit 6 Erwachsenen, 7 Kindern und Hund Lotta in der Villa Amber. Das großzügige Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Kristina und Slatko haben uns herzlichst empfangen und standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfect vacation object

We were travelling as a group of 14 friends and we were positively surprised by the apartments. The two kitchens had everything we needed. The family renting the object was super kind and was so nice to adapt to our arrival and departure which was very kind. In general everything, especially the family renting the object, was perfect and we enjoyed our vacation very much and plan on visiting next year again. Thank you so much for the great time we had.

Besser als erwartet

Traumhaftes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub. Sehr sehr sauber, es fehlt an nichts und auf den Bildern kommt es nicht annähernd so rüber wie es in Wirklichkeit ist. Zudem ist ein, auf den Bildern nicht zusehender, Billiardtisch im Haus integriert. Wünschenswert wäre ein Fliegenschutz vor der Schiebetür zur Terrasse, da es hier schwierig ist diese immer geschlossen zu halten. Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und wurden von Zlatko und Katharina bestens betreut! Vielen Dank!

Tolle Familienferien

Ideales Haus für mehrere Familien mit Kindern. Alles sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Zusätzlich war noch ein kleiner Kinderspielturm installiert worden, was sehr toll war. Etwas mehr Sonnenschutz, wie zum Beispiel ein Sonnensegel oder einen weiteren Sonnenschirm wäre noch von Vorteil mit kleinen Kindern. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden und fühlten uns super betreut von Zlatko und Katharina! Danke vielmals.

Impressive villa in tranquil rural location

A beautiful villa that was immaculately presented and exactly as described. Family Roce could not have been more friendly and helpful including booking a local restaurant for us and bringing breakfast treats on our first day (with home made wine ! ). Highly recommended for a peaceful family holiday.

Maison très propre et pratique pour famille nombreuse ou vacances entre amis, nous avons passé une super semaine. Un peu éloigné des grandes villes mais parfait pour être au calme et se reposer.

Wunderschöne Villa mit großartigem Pool in ruhiger Lage

Die Villa bietet sehr viel Platz mit eigenem Badezimmer für jedes Schlafzimmer, Billardtisch und mehreren großen Esstischen drinnen und draußen. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand waren wirklich top! Es fehlte an nichts, von Besteck über Bettwäsche bis hin zu Handtüchern etc. Trotz Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer konnten wir fast den gesamten Urlaub draussen verbringen. (Aber Vorsicht, besser die Türen/Vorhänge geschlossen halten, sonst hat man schnell extrem viele Fliegen in der Wohnung). Der große Pool mit vielen Liegen und 2 Esstischen samt Grill lassen bei gutem Wetter auch fast nichts anderes zu. Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage in fast neuwertigem Zustand! Die Vermieter (und auch die Nachbarn) waren trotz unseres manchmal erhöhten Geräuschpegels immer relativ entspannt. Vielen Dank dafür :) Die Villa liegt in einem sehr kleinen Ort mitten auf dem Land. Die nächste kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Bis zu den größeren Städten oder dem Strand fährt man aber gut 30-40 Minuten. Eigene Autos sind dabei auch absolut zu empfehlen, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir keine gesehen und der Taxifahrer wollte für eine 30minütige Fahrt 80€/Person. Den mussten wir leider wieder wegfahren lassen... Insgesamt eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft, in der man seinen Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen kann!!

Top Ferienhaus, kann man nur weiterempfehlen

Wir waren mehrere Erwachsene, Kinder und hatten sogar einen Hund mit in dem Urlaub dabei. Für uns war es der erste Urlaub in Kroatien. Von anderen Urlaubszielen hat die Erfahrung gezeigt, dass teilweise das Urlaubsland oder die Unterkünfte nicht so sauber waren. Dieses Ferienhaus ist aber wirklich ein Traum und alle Befürchtungen waren unbegründet. Von der Lage liegt es mitten in Istrien. Zur Ost-, Süd- oder Westküste waren es in der Regel 40 min. Autofahrt. Für uns war die Lage optimal. Am besten selbst über einen Routenplaner die Routen zu den gewünschten Zielen prüfen. Das Objekt liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, nebenan grenzt ein weiteres Ferienhaus. Ansonsten ist es ruhig in der Ortschaft. Kleinere Läden, Restaurants usw. liegen im Umkreis von 5-10 min. Autofahrt. Für einen Lidl, Spar oder Market muss man etwas weiter fahren, ca. 20 min. Wir geben hier vier Sterne, weil man doch auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen ist. Bei der Anreise wurden wir durch die Familie freundlich empfangen, es gab ein kleines Gastgeschenk und eine Führung durch das Gebäude. Das Gebäude selbst wurde erst vor ein paar Jahren errichtet. Der erste Eindruck wurde durch die restlichen Tage bestätigt. Alles sauber und gut gepflegt. Die eingestellten Bilder sprechen für sich und dem ist nichts beizufügen. Wir können das Objekt, die Familie Roce weiterempfehlen und würde ein weiteres Mal zum Urlaub kommen. Wir haben uns selbst verpflegt, dabei hat uns folgendes gefehlt: - Ein größerer Kühlschrank, oder zweiter Kühlschrank wäre wünschenswert. Da es im bestehenden Kühlschrank eng wird, wenn man Getränke und Lebensmittel für mehrere Personen vorhalten möchte. Ansonsten fallen mir spontan keine Kritikpunkte ein.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Kroatien. Das Haus ist wunderschön hergerichtet. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Es gibt im Erdgeschoss ein "separates Apartment" mit extra Küche. War klasse weil wie so zwei Kühlschränke und zwei Geschirrspüler hatten. Waschmittel und Seifen waren auch vorhanden. Wir können diese Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen!!!

Sehr schöne Villa und tolerante Nachbarn!

Hallo zusammen, wir hatten die Villa Amber eine Woche lang gemietet. Wir waren 14 Männer, es wurde dementsprechend tagsüber und Nachts öfter mal lauter ;-) Außer eine höfliche Nachricht und eine persönliche Bitte, die Musik Nachts leiser zu drehen, gab es keine Beanstandungen. Die Vermieter sind sehr Nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen auch mehrere Häuser weiter. Ließen sich aber trotzdem nicht von unserer Dauerbeschallung der Soundboks beeindrucken! Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet, besonders die hygienischen Badezimmer für jedes extra Zimmer sind toll. Es gibt sogar einen Billiardtisch, welcher auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen war. Villa und Pool machten einen ordentlichen Eindruck als wir ankamen. Besonders gut hat uns der bereich um den Pool mit Therasse und Grillhütte gefallen! Hier haben wir auch den größten Teil des Urlaubs verbracht. Wir fanden es nur etwas Schade das Pula ca. 30 Min. Autofahrt entfernt liegt. Für´s Taxi ca. 70€ für ein Taxi und einen Weg. Fazit: Sehr schöne Anlage und auch sehr tolerante Nachbarn. Vermieter waren besonders hilfsbereit und auch sympathisch. Kann die Villa Amber nur weiterempfehlen. VG aus Oberschwaben

Es gab kein Problem weil wir um die 20 waren. Die Vermieter waren sehr verständnisvoll. Es gab um uns herum Nachbarn aber bei normaler Lautstärke war es gar kein Problem.

Wohlfühlen zu 100%

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche, in einer Modernen Neuen Villa! Es fehlte an nichts. Super sauber, super eingerichtet, nette Vermieter, rießiger Garten, super großer Pool, Spielsachen für Kinder, Kinderspielplatz, Billard! Wir können diese Villa nur weiter empfehlen!!!!! Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben wundervolle erholsame Ferientage abseits vom Massentourismus in diesem luxuriösen Anwesen mit allem Komfort verbracht. Es fehlt an nichts. Sogar ein Waffeleisen ist da. Der riesengroße Pool ist einfach super! Und der Billardtisch auch. Der nächste Strand in Rakalj ist nur 15 Autominuten entfernt. Wer mehr Trubel will fährt nach Rabac oder Labin. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist im ca 3 km entfernten Draguzeti, oder man fährt nach Zminj. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Moderne Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Villa bei sehr netten und herzlichen Vermietern vorgefunden. Wir wurden liebenswert empfangen (mit Wein,Saft und Gebäck) und konnten zu jeder Zeit unsere Fragen an sie richten. Alle Zimmer sind modern gestaltet, klimatisiert und haben ein eigenes Bad. Die große Veranda, der gepflegte Pool und Grillhäuschen sind ideal für entspannte Urlaubstage. Ein lieben Dank an die netten Vermieter.
