No slippers, no robe, no iron in room, no bar just vending machines. house keeping could be better as they didn’t top up herbal teabags, & there’s no English tea. Given 2 single beds, advised them as soon as we checked in was told a manager would contact me in morning no one contacted me. Breakfast very good. Ladies at breakfast pleasant & helpfull location excelient lovely tearoom opposite hotel

Clean and basic hotel with nice staff but not extra frills. It is very close to all relevant things in the Gothic Quarter. However, due to location it can be a bit noisy in the early hours. Particularly if they place you in a street facing room.

The properties was well kept and clean. Very close to the metro and restaurants. If your room is close to the street, you do get some street noise, but this is to be expected. The staff was very helpful not only to us, but I witnessed Ther assistance too many other guests. I will definitely be returning. Thank you.
