The hotel is nice and it is just one block away from the train station which is very convenient to commute.

Nice and comfortable
The hotel is in a good location as food and grocery stores are easy 3 min walk. Subway station is 6 min walk and easy to use. The hotel is dated but very clean and comfortable. Our main problem is that most hotels in Europe have either heat or a/c and individual rooms cannot be either/or. Had to leave window open to cool for us. The buffet breakfast is very good and plentiful. The staff was more than helpful and friendly..Recommend this place.

Hotel in general is worn out. Looks clean but has old carpets and stained walls. Last day of our stay our room was not cleaned. The location of the place was great for the purpose of my trip but might not go back

Great location, really good staff, conveniently located just a few meters from a metro station. Plety of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores nearby, buses also easily available even at late hours.

Good location outside of the City Center
Great location just one block from the closest metro station, good service, breakfast (at a cost) is good and worth paying. The area has a couple of supermarkets nearby and also restaurants, cafes and bars.

Great location. About a 10 minute stroll to Lessops Metro. I have bum knees so you might be faster. Five quick stops to Catalunya. The top of Las Ramblas. Or, stay on an additional two stops and be down at the waterfront. The room was clean. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was very good. If you’re like me and don’t like to forage for food in the morning, I recommend taking this option. Staff were not overly friendly or rude either. I read other comments complaining about the friendliness of staff. I did very much appreciate the ability to have the room early. I have stayed at dives that have had extremely friendly staff. Doesn’t make up for all the failings. For me, I appreciated the effort to get us to our room ahead of schedule.

Nice staff / Older Hotel
Was very overpriced, but we didn’t have a choice. Emergency stay. Staff was super helpful, but the location is not very walkable. A few restaurants around and some shopping, but not near any sites. The place is kind of old and could use some tlc, but it’s clean and will work if needed.

Safe, quiet and convenient
Stayed here 6 years ago and wanted a location I was familiar with. Comfortable room. Helpful staff. One block to Metro. Restaurants and small grocery close by. Not near the center of things, but easy trip to anywhere in the City on the Metro. Good breakfast but at a surcharge. I went to local cafe a block away.

Everything was fine. I wish the AC was a little colder though but besides that, it was a fine stay. There's a few shops near by but it's a little outside of the Barcelona's attractions (about 15 minutes from Sagrada Familia). WIFI was fantastic and staff was friendly.

Further from the main centre of Barcelona but subway stations are 10-15 min walk so can access from there. A little old and worn down but gets the job done - we only went to sleep here. Room was cleaned everyday. They helped us arrange a taxi at 4am as we had a 7am flight. I would say they should maybe upgrade the furniture in the rooms to improve.

Great hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Excellent WiFi. Location wise a bit further away from Catalunya place and the Ramblas but there is a subway right next door.

Reception staff was very welcoming upon arrival - we arrived late and he was very friendly in suggesting nearby eateries and supermarkets we could get snacks from as we didn't exactly fancy something in the hotel at that moment. Rooms were quiet so no disturbance from other people too.
