Quiet. Just a couple of blocks off La Ramblas. Near metro stations. Bed was comfortable. Shower is both rain and hand wand. Lots of hot water fast. Windows were sound-proof. A/C worked fine. Kettle was new and fast. Breakfast had many choices and delicious breads and pastries house made. Team running the kitchen is welcoming and warm. Only heads up: bathroom door in room wasn’t the epitome of privacy. And very rarely (2x in eight days) water in building pipes gets loud.

This is a very beautiful hotel with contemporary design in the heart of La Rambla, within walking distance to everything. Staff members are friendly. Its breakfast is superb with a wide selection of well prepared hot & cold food. I love the interior design of this hotel, which brings a great vibe, creativity touch to it. I will definitely stay at Room Mate Pau again next time when I come back to Barcelona. I am already recommending this place to my friends & colleagues. Thank you for a beautiful experience!
