Dear Guest, We are very sorry because your stay wasn't pleasant with us. First of all,in our Apartments it's allowed to smoke in terrace,and we were cleaning the apartment before your arrival.So we don´t understand why you tell that the apartment was not clean. We have a very high qualify in cleaning. We can understand that for a non smoker the smell can be bad... On the other hand,it's true that our Apartments are not situated in the center of the city ,but this you can see when you book it.Our apartment is situated in a residential quarter of the city and it's very quiet.Very close to the Park Güell and not very far from the Sagrada Familia. Could have been better for you if you were in the Plaza Catalunya .but for sure the neighborhood could be very noisy. We really appreciate your review and we hope that we can have another chance to host you in our Apartments. Thank you very much

Informarte que si bien es cierto que el metro está a 600 m andando, cabe la posibilidad de coger el autobús justo delante del Hotel que te deja en el Centro en 20 minutos.
