Very clean apartment with walking access to train stations, groceries, activities etc. great locations. The appliances in the apartment are outdated. The espresso pot and water kettle had rust. Claire helped us checking in and she’s very friendly and provided good information on Barcelona and stay.

The property is clean, it suits well for a family stay. The host communicated properly by getting in touch in advance, providing directions, and responsive. The only unpleasant experience was the conflicting information between the office and parking staff. We were told to pay on the last day of parking but the parking staff made us pay cash on the following day for the full parking space use. Other than that, would recommend.

Der er, hvad der skal være! Pænt og rent i fredelig bygning Nem check in, afhentning af nøgler på kontor i nr. 38, mens lejligheden (med to soveværelser og terrasse) ligger lige overfor i nr. 41, i samme gade. Hyggeligt og lokalt kvarter, uden for mange turister. Tæt på ligger et stort overdækket marked, Mercat Saint Antoni, flere dagligvarebutikker (DIA, LIDL etc.) og mange små, hyggelige restauranter i nærheden. Gåafstand til havnen, Ramblaen m.m. Lidt små senge, men til gengæld rigtig komfortable madrasser. Lejligheden er røgfri, men man måtte gerne ryge på terrassen. Eneste lille minus indenfor var, at man i soveværelserne kunne høre, når der blev brugt vand på de øvrige etager (ved brusebad, udtræk på toilet etc.), men ikke noget, som ødelagde helhedsoplevelsen eller som et par ørepropper ikke kunne klare. I øvrigt nemt at komme til/fra lufthavnen med de lyseblå lufthavnsbusser, Aerobus (10,20 € for returbillet).

We had an excellent time in Barcelona. The flat was spacious very well located. The area around is full of very lovely restaurants, thervetherias and tapas and pintxos bars. Close to metro stations for green and lilac lines (L3 and L2). Though, very thin walls. You could hear the conversations from the next apartments and every time somebody was walking in it. Not that it really bothered us. Having two kids with you (aged 13 and 7) we contributed a lot to the nuisance.we would easily stay again there.

Nice Location/Excellent Management

The property was in a 'neighborhood/commercial' area with plenty of dining, grocery and close to market and Metro. The staff at Weflatting was right across the street and SO helpful - directions and preordering tickets. I know when I went to Parc Guell there were many people that did not know they were sold out. Weflatting called ahead and got me reservations for the next day. I will warn 'picky Americans' whom believe themselves to be entitled to a Parador for the price of a small apartment (in an International location), this may not be for you. But for me and my friend, it was perfect. There was no A/C, but plenty of fans and a terrace. It was also quite quiet.

Notre séjour à Barcelone s'est parfaitement déroulé et ce grâce à notre logement WeFlating. Notre hôte s'est montrée très disponible et sociable, ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement est très bien desservi (notamment par le bus) et est situé dans une rue très calme. Néanmoins, nous avions tenu compte des précédents avis conseillant des boules quies et ceci s'est révélé indispensable (réellement!) notamment pour couvrir le bruit de la ventilation dans la chambre.

Decent stay, nice location but...

The flat was centrally located, large enough for 6 pax and had quite a lot of bathrooms. The location is fairly good as there are train stations near by, the neighborhood is being revitalized with hip restaurants and bars and community seems to be tight knit and friendly. Issues we had was considerably minor, noisy neighbors though not completely their fault. The walls are thin and poorly insulated so it’s not like we can ask them to be slient. I only did not like the fact that having commented about this to the property led them to say I could have complained to resolve it. Im sure we aren’t the 1st to think that the wall are too thin. There was also a neighbor smoking a joint though legal in Barcelona we complain to Weflating and they immediately rectified the situation. They also assisted us in getting a taxi when we departed.

El apartamento es tal cual lo esperaba. Amplio, cómodo, bien equipado. Todo funciona perfectamente, tiene wifi de fibra óptica de muy buena calidad. Buenas camas, buena ducha. Weflating es una empresa que tiene una oficina a la vuelta del apartamento, donde te reciben al llegar y te acompañan y explican lo necesario y te entregan las llaves. Todo es muy sencillo, la recepción, la estadía y la despedida. Sin dudas recomiendo Weflating.

Avevo letto recensioni discordanti ma alla fine mi sono deciso a prenotare ugualmente. E infatti non me ne sono pentito. Appartamento spazioso con due camere da letto con ognuna un letto matrimoniale. Bagno della giusta grandezza, con doccia molto spaziosa e confortevole. Cucina provvista di tutto il necessario. Zero rumori, abbiamo dormito veramente bene. La pulizia era eccellente, lenzuola e asciugamani in buono stato e puliti. Zona ottima! Vicino a due linee metropolitane, e vicino a tutto praticamente. Personale molto cortese, gentile, e disponibile. la prossima volta a Barcellona ritornerò sicuramente.
