We checked in at 9pm to be charged a £10 penalty fee for checking in late I travel a lot and is the first time told you have to check in at 2pm to 5pm absolutely ridiculous.

The breakfast was amazing and staff friendly but the carpet in the room was badly stained and disappointing for a hotel like this. The hotel was slightly dated but being painted while we visited but unfortunately the standard of workmanship was terrible.
