Villa Riccardo is an elegant residence with a large park and swimming pool in Barga, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in the heart of Tuscany. The property consists of three independent living units. The first apartment is located on the ground floor and is called Casa Riccardo. It is reserved exclusively for guests, while the villa’s pool and grounds are shared with guests and the owner

Pool: 1) The pool is a shared area with the Villa’s other guests and the owners. 2) Everyone is expected to keep the sun deck tidy in the evening. 3) Please avoid wasting water by diving into the pool or splashing water outside the pool area. 4) The daily hours for pool use are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. 5) Children under 12 must always be supervised by an adult while in the pool and must never be left alone. 6) Please avoid eating around the pool; instead, use the outdoor areas provided with each apartment. 7) Do not use glass cups or containers on the sun deck. Apartment: 1) After 11:00 PM, all guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum. 2) Please avoid leaving lights, air conditioners, and fans on when they are not needed or when you are away from the apartment. 3) I ask for your cooperation in recycling by using the appropriate bins located outside your apartment.

The apartment consists of: one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds that can also be joined to form a second double bed, two bathrooms with showers, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, a veranda, and a private area in the garden under a wooden porch with a barbecue. Wi-Fi and linens are all included. Final cleaning fee of 80 to be paid in cash upon arrival. Very convenient free street parking in front of the villa.
