"The staff was terrific from having a car pick us up at the airport to bringing us to the hotel. It is in the historic center and allows both easy access to the historic buildings in old town to the main street between old town and the train station which reminded us of 5th avenue in NYC with all the apparel top end stores. Can't say enough about how we enjoyed this place. Lastly, the food in the local restaurants was not only great but inexpensive."

"Excellent hotel. Except the restaurant at dinner, the manager ...well we didn't have dinner. But the hotel is beautiful and the rest of the staff, specially all the ladies at reception were wonderful attentive hosts. Location is perfect with the sea right in front of you and you can walk to downtown."

"Francesco is the best host! He prepares a nice customized breakfast every morning to eat on the beautiful rooftop (next to his turtles, so cool!), he provides water bottles for the day, and caters to your every need. He is so kind and generous! The room was very clean. The location is amazing, located right in Bari Vecchia, everything is accessible by foot. For parking we used Piazzale Cristoforo Columbus Parking, only a few minutes of walk away and always with a lot of empty spots. You pay by the hour, it was 25 euros for 3 full days. We had so much fun! Note that there are a lot of stairs, no elevator (Francesco will help bring luggage up though)."

"Just spent one night here on our way back home out of Bari. Location is on the borderline of being slightly shady but just two blocks up and you are in the main shopping area. Friendly staff, spacious rooms (for Europe!), and a well maintained building. The AC was very efficient unlike other 5 star properties in Italy. I was pleasantly surprised!"

"We had a great stay at Zodius. Our plane was delayed and they stayed an additional hour to check us in. The room is small, so well suited for someone on a shorter stay and out a lot. We pretty much only slept and showered there. A little bit of uncleanliness on the walls, but overall it was a good stay."
