"The house and surrounding are exactly as pictured. It did not disappoint!! The view is spectacular! The property was very private and peaceful. The house was clean and very well equipped. The beds were so comfy and the furniture was also comfortable and in great condition. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much! I would highly recommend staying here!"

"Great property in a stunning location! All of the essentials, warm comfy cabin, total privacy, and incredible views from every window. The property’s access to the creek and onsite trails was extra special, especially for the pups! Scott was the perfect host. Highly recommend!"

"The fern grove cabin was absolutely perfect for an escape to the mountains! The backyard with the twinkle lights and access to the river was stunning. Beautifully decorated and cozy interior, and the beds were actually really comfortable. So peaceful falling asleep to the sound of the rain and river. Will absolutely come back and stay here in the future!"

"Overall great place! The only area for improvement is the BBQ. It is worn out and cooks extremely slowly. Both tanks of propane were empty when we arrived too :( We did have the foresight to bring our own tank, but ended up using the stove to cook instead because the BBQ was frustratingly slow. Other than that the place was awesome! I hope this feedback helps! :)"

"Our family of three (5yo son) stayed here Mother’s Day weekend which was also the birthday weekend of our son! This place was absolutely magical! The location was perfect for us as it was a quick drive over Stevens Pass to Leavenworth where we spent most of Saturday. We enjoyed delicious meals outside on the back deck with the rushing sounds of the river each night. We relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed evenings by the outdoor fire. The cabin was well equipped with kitchen appliances, cookware, and utensils. There were ample towels as well. The views from the second floor loft were phenomenal. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat."

"We had a very nice time at this home by the river. You can’t necessarily access the river from the property but it’s a short walk into town and a short walk to a river access point. I can’t describe the beautiful views from the main level and the master bedroom. The beds were a little older and the uneven floors made it so we had to be a little creative with how we positioned ourselves in bed for sleep. It is rustic, and there were quite a few insects and spiders in the home. Overall the stay was great and I’d do it again!"
