The township and people were lovely, freely sharing information and knowledge. Weather on this occasion was perfect. Our only criticism is really one for council and authorities to improve. "I really enjoyed staying in Kate and Felicity's space. The bath and being able to have a fire were treats and I love the history of the place, and all the love and care that Kate put into restoring the miners cottages. Though this cottage is not old, much care has been taken to create old world charm within it. I didn't anticipate the road noise, but overall it didn't disturb the tranquility for me. Waking to birdsong was a joy."

"Fantastic venue for our 11 person reunion. Only negative is the 2 toilets at one end of the house, however, realise that can't be helped. Everything necessary in bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. Even the squeeky floorboards made the old home authentic. All in all we had a wonderful catch up."

"Henrietta’s is a gorgeous cosy comfy cottage with everything you could possibly want/need for your stay. It was scrupulously clean and stocked with lots of lovely touches like breakfast foods, chocolates by the beds, lovely bathroom products, books and games, the list goes on. Very comfy beds with electric blankets if it’s a chilly night. Our host, Kerri, was a pleasure to deal with. We’ll definitely be back."

"The property was excellent and very clean. Amenities were very good and comfortable beds and pillows. Heating in lounge was cosy and rooms had individual aircon units which were independently managed. Very well equipped kitchen and great a great position.
