9/10 Wonderful! (407 reviews)
Overall, a really good hotel. I'd give it 5 stars for cleanliness, it was spotless. The only issue were the mattress, which was quite uncomfortable on one side and definitely needs replacing, and the parking space, which was very small and made parking a bit tricky. The location was great, with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if I visit the area.

8/10 Very good! (380 reviews)
We chose not to have breakfast but the choice seemed good and the dining area is in a lovely setting.
My only gripes would be that there was no fridge or water in our room and I could not speak to a receptionist, having to leave a message instead the day before we arrived, which was not responded to.
Overall cleanliness was good.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,282 reviews)
"Staff were lovely , restaurant breakfast was good , room was appalling, very tired, grubby, marks all over the walls , inside door of wardrobe filthy, soap dispenser by sink not working , no mineral water provided , which should have been. We stayed towards the front of the hotel , noise from outside ..."
