Nearby is the bowling green, tennis courts, fairground, children's park, shops, great restaurants, cafe, beaches and harbour, and lots more.

The apartment is approached via the ground floor storm porch, there are 5/6 steps up from the road.

The living area is open-plan lounge/kitchen with part original Milton tiles and engineered wood flooring.

On one side is a small kitchen table & seating for 2, plus 2 stools
