The Space:

At the heart of the property is a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfectly suited for gathering and entertaining. The kitchen features wooden units that complement the rural surroundings, creating a warm and natural feel. There is a large dining table providing generous seating for guests, along with ample worktop space for preparing meals with ease. Windows frame calming woodland views, bringing the outdoors in and filling the space with natural light.



The living room offers comfortable reclining seating, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring. For added comfort and entertainment, a separate movie room features a large corner sofa, ideal for settling in and enjoying a film together.



The property comprises four tastefully decorated bedrooms, all enjoying views of the surrounding woodland. These include one king-sized bedroom, one double bedroom, one twin room with two single beds, and one single bedroom. Each room has been thoughtfully styled to create a restful and welcoming atmosphere.

Access to Morley Cottage is via a key safe box. Further details will be provided prior to check-in.



Parking for two vehicles is available in front of the house, with further parking available for two cars at the bottom of the driveway.



Please note that one well behaved dog is welcome at the property. Due to the open nature of the property, Morley Cottage is not suitable for under 5's.

By car, Milltown is well connected via local roads linking directly into Barnstaple, where the A361 North Devon Link Road provides a straightforward route to the M5 motorway and onward travel to Exeter and the wider South West. The A39 Atlantic Highway is also easily accessible, offering scenic journeys along the North Devon coast and connections to nearby towns and villages.
