Al momento de hacer el checkout cuando estábamos e regando las llaves , nos pidieron que subiéramos a recoger las tarjetas para entregarlas con las llaves , el Uber está esperándonos afuera para llevarnos al aeropuerto y ellos no permitieron hacer el checkout asta que les diéramos las tarjetas del cuarto Muy ostiles No me siento cómoda con el personal con lo demás ok ES MI EXPERIENCIA , vive la tuya ? "

The hotel's structure is not the most modern or well maintained, but it is not an issue if you don't care about it. "I am giving 1 star because the employees of the hotel are kind. As soon as we entered the room there was a dead cockroach on top of the sink. The television did not work at all in the first room and the smell in the hall if you have any type of allergy, do not go. On the second day I went to complain and on our way down the elevator stopped. We talked to the receptionist and she moved us to a different room. The tv in the new room worked, but there was a cockroach running around the room (also caught on video!) and when my daughter took a shower the entire bathroom flooded. We had to ask someone to fix it. It was the first shower in the "new"bathroom. The next day they closed the swimming pool with no previous notice. I am not even going to talk about the food. Very bad food. Not even the French fries. You can see the oil is old. One of the highlights of hotels in Brazil are the breakfast, not in this hotel. No fresh fruits, very low variety of options. I am very glad that we left when we did. A horrible, horrible, experience."
