"This was my first time in Puerto Rico and staying here was an amazing experience. I stayed in a 1 bdrm villa and it was so big. More people could easily stay in the villa, but there was only 2 of us. It had a full size kitchen and a washer and dryer. The staff was so attentive and the property was well maintained. Food and drinks were really good too. The most important thing to me was I felt safe! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back."

"The staff were top of the line, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff! The restaurants were excellent and the pool was great, especially the view! The location of the Sheraton was perfect too-10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Old San Juan, and 10 minutes from Placita Sancurcy. It was also great to have the T-Mobile Entertainment Center right across the courtyard-full of excellent restaurants and bars."
