"We arrive front staff friendly In room we had no towels when they did come only basic Staff help us with tv and room keys that did not work "

"I had an issue with my room, staff changed it for me asap. I also had an issue with another room last wknd, staff were not hesitant to help. Definitely recommend this hotel. And strongly recommend booking directly with the hotel too. "

"My room was immaculate. Clean and comfortable. Yempetature can be regulatedThe breakfast is well laid out, and kept tidy. I am older and the bath did not have a safety handle which was a safety concern. I also thought the garden unkempt and as the property is on a main road it lacked a welcoming curb appeal. "
