"The door to our room didn’t shut all the way - you could see out into the parking lot through the gap in the door. We had to jam the chair under the handle to keep it shut. Very unsafe. It’s smelled terrible and the carpet felt sticky! Not impressed at all."

"Room was clean. TV was small. Staff was great. We didn’t eat breakfast. Toilet was too low …. I had to use the counter to get up. The room phone didn’t work."
