Room was Spartan but clean and tidied up daily. Staff was excellent---always helpful and patient. Convenient public transportation stop and passes provided by the hotel. Only complaint was that the shower's floor was pretty slick; be careful!

Wonderful location, beautiful views, friendly staff, room was nice. My only negative comment would be the rooms were rather dark, need more lamps or overhead. We went during a hot spell but we were not expecting to no have air conditioning (we had a fan that helped some)

The Krafft Hotel is a supreme example of preserving something with older charater but at the same time making it fresh, clean and up to date. It has great character. The staff were very helpful and as good as any hotel I have stayed at. The cutomer service was exemplary. Overall, our stay could not have been better.

The location is great. Breakfast is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Victoria, she is wonderful. However, the property is very dated, no air conditioning, my room was very small and very basic. The bathroom, which seems it has ben recently renovated, is too small even with the sliding door solution. I don't really know how this hotel was classified as a 4-star hotel.

Wonderful hotel

Friendly and accommodating staff, without exception. Large rooms, enough for our four bags. Left my credit card at reception and they quickly called me and got it to our friends for delivery to us. All very helpful. Highly recommend this WWII era yet updated hotel. And great location!
