There was Hotel Modernization Works when we arrived, it would have been nice to have be informed of this prior to booking. The staff were very helpful and polite. We enjoyd the Breakfast, very nice.

Overnight stay
Ok for an overnight stay but not any longer. Wasn’t keen being allocated disable rooms as the sink was much lower. Also the carpets needed a good clean. Rooms looking tired and could do with a revamp.

The rooms are clean and the staff are great, the condition of the property needs improvement as its very dated and needs updating, my room had an old grubby kettle and the plugs were cracked and loose.

There was some posts that indicated that the car charging station was complimentary if you stayed at the hotel but this ended up being a lie. I had to pay for the charging station and it was rather expensive.

Good stay in a nice, average room
This was the final stay for our trip and it was a nice closure. The staff was friendly and the room was quite comfortable and spacious. The shower was an improvement over some of the other places we stayed as well. There was plenty of free onsite parking and it didn't feel overcrowded. Not the fanciest place, but it was everything we expected from a budget hotel chain and we'd stay again if we were in the area.

Good hotel with helpful and friendly staff, nice location but could do with being cordoned off from the garage traffic as it does get a little noisy in the back car park as its shared with the garage, cars and motorbikes coming in and out through the night.

A warm welcome when we arrived late after delays on the road. The parking was tight as like a lot of car parks the spaces are not wide enough for a lot of today’s larger vehicles (ours is only average).
