Our spacious and newly refurbished 4 bedroom bungalow in the heart of Basingstoke. 

This comfortable retreat offers the perfect blend of convenience and relations for both work and leisure stays. With ample space for up to 9 guests, home features and 3 bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all. 

Conveniently located 5 minutes from the M3, less than a 10 minute walk into town centre, Railway station and Festival Place.

This charming space comfortably accommodates 9 guests, spread across 4 cozy bedrooms. With 3 bathrooms for added convenience, a well-equipped kitchen to satisfy your culinary desires, a welcoming living room for relaxation, and an enclosed outside garden for a breath of fresh air, your stay promises both comfort and delight.

Providing all the comforts of a modern hotel, with free Wi-Fi, flat screen smart TV’s in the living room and bedrooms with built in Netflix, high quality beds and furnishings and hotel quality linen, we also provide all the kitchen essentials.

Microwave, kettle & toaster provided. Washing machine is available to use at the property. Iron and ironing board.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Additional guests over 4 are charged at a rate of £15 per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided.
A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost. Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost and subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).

Don t stay here

Filthy dirty.Needed a deep clean .Bad odour as you entered the property. Kitchen oven and extractor fan need serious attention as full of grease and grime which smelt disgusting .Advertised as fully equipped kitchen but lacked items such as colander and cork screw. Glasses needed washing before we could use them. We could only use 2 of the 3bathrooms as the en-suite was full of mould and smelt disgusting. The window surrounds were covered with thick black mould.
