"Everything was fine. Would make a couple of comments. Building is on a corner, there is some traffic noise. Might be a problem for light sleepers. Similarly, there are neighbours some of whom can make some noise ( and so can you, so respect them ). Location is superb for link to metro. No shops in immediate vicinity, but 3 modest sized supermarkets one metro stop away @ Errandio.Residential area, unregulated car parking available, but might be difficult at times.
