The hotel is not at a convenient location to old city and it’s very difficult to get around. For the first time in our traveling, we lost the room card and when we tried to get assistance, there was no front staff. This happened at 10:00 PM and we managed to call them and the clerk showed up and was quite unhappy that we bothered him. The next day, the other clerk gave us a lecture about the incident the breakfast was extremely poor, only one glass of juice, ham sandwich and one coffee. Anything extra we had to pay. Unbelievable for the kind of hospitality that the hotel in Europe should provide!

Everything about this hotel is excellent, the staff could not be more helpful. Right from the start when the carpark park was full the reception team were on hand to help. The room was super clean and bathroom spacious. Outdoors the views from the restaurants at breakfast for an evening drink were superb as was jacuzzi and pool. Just an excellent stay - thank you !

"Booked a premium room - nice size, bed was awful - hard mattress you literally bounced on when turning over. Imoissiboe to sleep. Aircon failed to reduce the room temperature below 25+ - another reason you couldn’t sleep! Bathroom had a bath with a shower head so you couldn’t have a proper shower ..."
