"This hotel is a very new build. Family owned. Everything was new and clean, the rooms are very spacious with a very spacious bathroom to go with it. "Not impressed, certainly not a 4 star hotel or experience, young girl with thick eyeliner on the desk is very rude! Hotel is cashless wasn’t made aware of this before we got there. Swimming pool is small, cold and the surrounding floor is slippy, the rooms are odd there are no doors on the bathroom. No robes or slippers are provided. No mugs to make tea or coffee. It’s also a good 45 minute walk into the city centre. "
