"Very clean. A great downtown location close to Union Station. Walkable area close to multiple restaurants and the CTA lines. We were concerned about highway and downtown traffic noise but the hotel rooms are surprisingly quiet! We were just there for a night and didn’t eat the $18 dollar breakfast or swim in the pool. Hotel desk person was very nice. It’s an older hotel that has had thoughtful upgrades and it is comfortable."

"I originally booked one night and later decided to spend another night and reserved a different type of room for the day before. The hotel staff was awesome and was able to change my first bookings room type to keep me in the same room for the 2 day stay, though they were fully booked prior. The only complaints I have was that after going to the Kanye concert the parking lot connected to the hotel was full, I got lucky and caught someone leaving but the hotel does provide other parking lots near by they recommend. The room also didn’t have a microwave which is just a minor inconvenience, I had to eat pizza I went and got a day earlier cold which is fine but not my preference. Overall I had a great stay and loved the location I didn’t get a chance to walk around the city much and see everything but when I did most stuff was relatively close and Chicago is a very beautiful city to walk through!"

"I have stayed two nights. Please note that there is no reception. I arrived early and I was able to leave the suitcases in a locker room. The room was clean. I really connect with the room. Small kitchen, space for your garments and a nice bathroom."
