Perfect
Very clean and tidy, the heated floor was also a plus. Overall enjoyed my stay at the hobbit house.

Nice to stay in the house for kids, but the garden was not maintained well. A bit difficult to find the key when we arrived.
Stayed 2 nights in May 2019
