"We booked a 3 night stay (Th, Fr &Sat) due to a family funeral. Thursday and Friday nights we used the Do Not Disturb sign. So we expected the room to be cleaned or at least clean towels. We get back to room Saturday night to no clean towels and no trash taken out. We went to office and got towels ..."
