"This hotel is brilliant as it’s new. Clean and fresh and the rooms are big. Breakfast was not as big as the other hotels but was kept well and clean. Hotel prayer room is excellent and has a fantastic view of the Kaaba. The hotel lobby is slightly confusing as there are two towers and trying to figure out where you are the the outset was irritating especially as you were exhausted by the Umrah. Downfall to this hotel is its quite far. Yes there is a shuttle service but the hotel is far compared to the others. However if you favour cleanliness to anything else I definitely recommend! I also think once the area surrounding and behind is built there will be a lot more options and easier options for food. "
