"Friendly staff and very clean"

"Hotel view was beautiful and the room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The room had a lot of things that needed to be fixed and our check in wasn't the greatest. The room wasnt ready at check in time which was completely fine and were asked to wait about 5 minutes which we were okay with. We waited nearly 15 mins and asked again as we had to leave for a specific time. (during the wait the employees were arguing it was a little uncomfortable) We asked if our room was ready the agent had no idea and we continued to wait, we were going to ask to leave our items and have them put it in our room as we were running out of time but after alot of confusion they spoke to someone who I believe was a room attendant supervisor who said the room has been ready and they called it down but we weren't informed. We would definitely stay again, the hotel is nice and the room suit our needs however im hoping the employees arent as argumentative with eachtoher as it was a bit awkward."

"The entire process was simple and communication about check-in came when they said it would. Unit was VERY clean, and tidy. Furniture and decor were well done and clean I only stayed ond night, so I didn't need any of the appliances (fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer), but all the appliances were brand new and clean as well from what I saw. Closet space galore. From Hamilton, but moved away a few years ago. Was in town for a couple medical appointments, so I chose this location for proximity, but you can't go wrong with it's fantastic location and Augusta is a fantastic spot, especially if you are a foodie. Would not hesitate to book again!"

"Never stayed. Tried to cancel a few days before due to a family and it was denied even if I took a reservation at another Comfort Inn in another city close to the family emergency. Not very compassionate. We stayed at another Comfort Inn in Belleville."
