"Booked this hotel from rading previous reviews as Ive never heard of this hotel chain. Check in was a little slow as they had only 1 person doing checkins while a manager was walking around and 6 people waiting to check in. Besides that the stay was amazing. Very clean, up to date room. Front desk staff very welcoming anytime you went in and out of the hotel as well as staff when you met them in the hallways. Loved having Walmart and other restaurants in the area. Super safe area to be in Will def stay here again when I'm Canada"

"A very good hotel. Would stay again. Asked for lake view room and no problem. Lots of restaurant choices within a short walk. Downtown is clean, safe and upscale. Despite what all the signs say, paid parking at $20 per days can be charged to your room. Restaurant onsite but didnt try it. Reviews were not great. Room was large, with sofa and workspace. Bed was comfy. "

"Room was clean, staff was extremely nice and accommodating. There is an option to stow luggage until check in time. Breakfast was good and the common areas were well maintained. I would definitely stay again as it was also close to several city attractions and places to explore"

"The hotel does not have an elevator, and the staff made me feel as if I were staying there for free. One staff member even said that the price I paid only covered a first floor room. I had to carry my luggage upstairs to reach my room, which was quite inconvenient."

"Breakfast had good variety. Not sure why turkey bacon and not regular bacon though, at least have both options. Hor fresh waffles was amazing! Why hide the expresso machine for breakfast only? Breakfast closed off too early, should be at least 10am not 930. Rooms were clean. Pool was nice and clean. Lots of towels by the pool. Nice tvs by the common area to watch games and hang out. Bonus to have a resturant in the same parking lot. Should not have to pay for parking. Overall great stay, clean amenities and central location. "
