"Very no frills - I asked about our sofabed being made up and the receptionist told me how to do it myself. Reception also told me there were no other rooms available (I was looking for a room with doubl beds), and my friend checked in after me and was upgraded to a significantly larger room. (I was not even given an option to pay for a larger room.) The one bright spot was the staff overseeing the breakfast (which was pretty good). The staff was kind, friendly and as accommodating as possible."

"We booked this hotel because it had a pool. We were meeting friends and this was the mid way point and we both have children that wanted to use the pool. When we arrived we saw the sign that said the pool was closed. We inquired and were told someone had thrown up in the pool and that it wouldn’t be available that evening but the next morning at 9am we would be able to use it. Our kids were very disappointed as this is what they had been looking forward to the most. The toilet in our room was clogged when we got there. We called down and someone brought us a plunger. The following morning we went down with the kids at 9am to use the pool and were told it was still not available. Disappointed that this was our first experience with this hotel chain. We don’t stay at a lot of hotels with our children so this was something they were really looking forward to."

"Booked for three nights and paid in advance. Power went out on second evening. Hotel couldn’t say for how long. So had to go to another hotel but Sheraton did not give me my money back for those two nights. Said they would call but never did. Last time for a Sheraton."

"I hate writing reviews. Just to preface how much I enjoyed my stay here. Worth writing a review. The vibe, value for amenities and response rate was phenomenal. My experience with self check in has been horrible, so I was skeptical. I was wrong to be. This is basically a great apartment with a cool vibe. The street is active and vibrant, but the unit is quiet. There's a great bar and restaurant downstairs called Pkank. It was packed. Didn't hear a thing in my room late at night. And the restaurant is excellent. Don't take the stairs though. Lol. I tried and got stuck like an idiot. Just wait for the elevator. ;)"
