Hotel Continental

8/10 Good

"Room was clean but no in room coffee maker. The pool was cold. The outside area was great but no one came for service at the water area."

Imperiale Palace Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We just had one of the best experiences with the staff and the beautiful views and amenities this hotel offers. We will be back soon!!"

Hotel Piccolo Portofino

10/10 Excellent

"Great location and wonderful staff. Amazing beach."

Excelsior Palace Portofino Coast

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel is a grand hotel built with other grand hotels throught Europe at the turn of the 20th century with the relatively new railroad providing comfortable "speedy" travel compared to ships and horse drawn carriages. The hotel keeps its historic charm with its architecture, antiques and paintings throughout but has been recently updated with all modern amenities. The staff is very professional and there is excellent room cleaning. The hotel has a commanding view of the Portofino Coast from Rapallo to Portofino and South towards Sestri Levante that one of the best in Italy. The Beach Club is right on the water with a heated infinity pool and spa. (Similiar to Santa Caterina in Amalfi and much nicer than the crowded ones in Capri.) It is a short pretty walk by the marina to Rapallo that is a vibrant Italian town. Nearby Portofino used to be a beautiful fishing village but gets overwhelmed with tourists and cruise ships. Rapallo has kept itself more authentic with more Italians than foreigners. We stayed here 3 times this year and plan to return."
