The Space:
Baroona by the Beach is a two storey holiday home featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower), two lounge rooms and an impressive upstairs deck. Only a short 400m stroll to Bawley Beach, this property is perfect for your family holiday.

Each bedroom includes a built in cupboard and ceiling fan.

Upstairs, the lounge room offers a seating area with a red wicker seat and table, large comfortable modular lounge with a flat screen TV, fireplace to keep you warm and cosy through the winter months. This inviting lounge room also opens out onto a large deck, where you can sit and relax, enjoy the afternoon sun and sip on a warm cup of tea. (Please note - firewood is not supplied for the fireplace, you can purchase bags of wood from the service station in Termeil)

The deck is a great place to relax with an outdoor lounge and dining area, a Jack & Jill chair, wall mounted TV, gas BBQ and ocean glimpses.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cooking basics, Delonghi coffee machine, oven and electric cooktop.

The property does have complimentary Wifi. Please note: Bella Coastal Holidays will not be held liable for any outages or shortages with internet services.

This property is not pet friendly.

Main bathroom has a deep bath and shower and ceiling heat lamp.

Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.

If you would like to hire serviced linen, please contact Amelia at Bawley Point Linen Hire. Amelia will be able to assist you with all of your linen needs.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.

Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

In the downstairs living area/kids retreat, there is an additional single beds and single trundle bed available. There is also a TV, DVD Player, DVD's, Sony PS2 with games, Nintendo Wii with games and loads of board games and some toys for the little ones to play with

You'll find plenty of things to do and see around this seaside hamlet, from swimming and surfing to fishing and bushwalking. You can even visit a winery and a berry farm. Right on your doorstep is Bawley Vale Estate Winery in Bawley Point. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays. There is a range of farm animals including alpaca's, deer and sheep to keep the children entertained also.Nearby Cupitt's Winery in Ulladulla was also voted in the top 5 wineries in NSW.
