  • Come enjoy a peaceful getaway in Sargent at the "Leeward" house. Fish from the dock and walk or take a short drive to the beach. Bring your own boat and use our spare boathouse slip during your stay (contact us for more information). The home has fiber optic high speed internet in case you need to stay connected during your stay. Crab traps, fishing lights, fish cleaning table, and outdoor grill are some of the popular fishing amenities. Wind down in the evenings in the hot tub while watching the beautiful sunsets. If kayak fishing is your thing, there are excellent fishing spots a short paddle away from our kayak launch on the boathouse. Cook your catch at the house, or take it to one of the local restaurants that are a short drive away.
