"On the beach, nice pool with lots of chairs, clean modern rooms with Microwave, small refrigerator and a Keurig. Awesome included breakfast with many choices including an omelet station. All kinds of restaurants, grocery stores and souvenir shops across the street. 6 stories with 2 elevators. Lots of parking. Great location. Staff was very nice. "

"this hotel was clean but old. I did like the convenience to the pool. they did have a lot of broken pool chairs and umbrellas. There was no monitoring of the Poole era so quite a few unmonitored children under the age of 12 playing in the spa and messing with the controls. The breakfast was pretty good and they had great coffee."

"Staff is amazing!! There’s a maintenance guy who always goes above and beyond I wish I remembered his name to give him credit but he was so helpful. "

"They were dredging the ocean while we were there so there was equipment and pipe everywhere, which was not disclosed before we arrived. Also, there was a 350 people event one night so we couldn’t park for 15-20 minutes driving around looking for a spot after we had paid for parking. The pools were ice cold so we went to the holiday inn where it was heated. Overall, we had a good trip but just wish we had known some of this ahead of time. "

"On the 3rd floor - the door to the garage was NOT locked posing a security issue, the AC was mislabeled (thermostat did not control AC). Trash all over the elevator landings over the weekend."

"To begin with, the customer service was horrible upon arrival. No way to pull up to hotel to check in without a room key, we had to park elsewhere and walk to get our key. The front desk was rude and took there time, I was in line for a really long time. Everything was outdated and dirty looking in the room, the fridge and TV didn’t work, unable to connect to internet even after paying for the WiFi service. When we asked for towels they brought us two small ones, we were a family of four. They never cleaned our room during our stay. Literally the only thing positive is the access to the beach. Pool was fine, however, music was extremely loud and not appropriate for children. Would not recommend."
