"I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and...

"I had a good stay overall. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. It's a great option if you're looking for a place to rest after being out and about all day rather than somewhere you'll spend a lot of time during the day. One thing to be aware of is the surrounding area. There were quite a few homeless individuals nearby, and the neighborhood felt a little shady at times. I never had any issues personally, but it's something to keep in mind and be cautious of, especially if you're walking around at night. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably maintained hotel primarily for sleeping and relaxing after a busy day, this is a solid choice."
