Featuring a center island kitchen with an open floor plan to a dining and living area, hardwood floors throughout. The first level offers a master suite with a deck overlooking the backyard and an in ground heated pool with a fenced yard. There are 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath. The second level has a large vaulted ceiling family room with plenty of room to relax, watch TV and play games in addition to a deck, 3 additional bedrooms and a full bath. Both floors have their own laundry rooms. The owner will be adding a few additional upgrades to the property for the new season.10 Beach Badges and beach equipment are available for tenant use.
