The first floor opens to a sun-filled living room and dining area, with custom window shades for privacy. A brand-new kitchen and bar are designed for easy entertaining. A conveniently located laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer leads to a backyard oasis where you can enjoy sunbathing by the pool, grilling, dining, and relaxing by the fire pit.



The first floor also has two bedrooms and one full bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a twin bed. The second floor has three bedrooms and a second full bath. Bedroom 3 is the primary bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and two twins. Bedroom 5 has a double bed and one twin. Pillows and blankets included. Tenants are asked to bring sheets and towels, but rentals can easily be arranged.



In the garage, kids, young and old, will find a surfside hangout. Watch the game on a 55" Smart TV or connect your favorite video game on the boosted wifi.
