Just a short block to the beach plus walking distance to shops, takeout, restaurants and the guarded bay beach at Bayview Park. Owners provide 4 beach badges as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Small pets permitted with $250. pet fee, no smoking please. $250. Security Deposit and a (non-refundable) Damage Insurance fee. Owner provides pillows and blankets for your use.
