CENTRAL AIR ON 1ST FLOOR AND ONE WINDOW A/C ON 2ND FLOOR IN MASTER BEDROOM. MASTER BEDROOM HAS PRIVATE DECK OFF THE BACK & STALL SHOWER . NEW APPLIANCES & TWO ADDITONAL TV S ADDED
Loss of badges will be replaced by security deposit. Tenants to bring own linens & blankets. Pillows are provided for tenant use.. If furniture is moved and not put back in its original place , tenant will be charged.
