"I love this property. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and the hotel location is in the heart of old town where you can walk to everything. The pool is in the courtyard and feels like a cenote. The restaurant has excellent service and all the food is delicious. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with good A/C. Across the street from the malecon sea walk and all the shops and restaurants. "

"Really enjoyed the breakfast..it was prepared well and was served fresh. The property’s location is perfect. Super close to Malecon, 15 mins walk to zona romantica. Lots of food and entertainment options around the property. Immersive to local culture. Only downside was the weird sewerage smell emancipating from the bathroom. It was quite unpleasant. Rest was all good. Can recommend. "

"We loved our second stay at BV Grand. The staff is great and Sunset restaurant is our favourite for the food and also the majestic sunset view. Rooms were very clean and the service was efficient everyday. We missed having a bit more protein options at the Buffet restaurant. Jorge our pool server is the best and always makes our stay so pleasant . We loved the Mexican night . It was the highlight of our stay . The Tradicional Mexican shows were the best. Point to improve: the bike service. Bikes need some maintenance or replacement. "

"The room had a great view of the ocean. There is also a rooftop view available to others without a view (our view was enough in our case). The a/c worked well. The staff were always available when we needed them and helped us out a few times with directions. This was very helpful when we attempted the bus! I would not recommend if you have a wheelchair, walker or other mobility issues (but then, PVR itself would be an issue). Loved this place, very clean, modern and comfortable."

"The location is very central and easy for walking. The food options at hotel are minimal and pricy for what you get. Lots of other options near by so no need to eat there. Very very noisy at night but that is to be expected in downtown PV and they do provide ear plugs. Pool/lounge area lovely. Staff lovely. Good air/con. Didn’t get balcony. "
