Traveled with a group of friends and they stayed at a hotel twice the price of the ZonaZ both located within steps of each other. I prefer the boutique nature of hotels such as ZonaZ as it has all the amenities that I need without overdoing it with things I don't need or want in a hotel stay. Great location, clean room, and feeling of security is what I need and exactly what ZonaZ provided.

We loved our stay at ZonaZ. There was hardly anyone at the hotel, or at least it felt that way. Very relaxing. Loved the spa services available. Great location, as long as you don’t mind a few stairs.

The room we stayed at this boutique hotel is very nice. Hotel location is very convenient. Close to restaurants, bars and malecon is just a walking distance. Highly recomend!

It was a great visit and tucked away but so close and walkable to everything. Although it is at the top of the hill, there is a tram that goes up and down nonstop. Would definitely stay again, the rooms have everything you need. Thanks for a great stay!

It was perfect, just what I wanted/needed, something relaxing, clean, quaint and funky, absolutely charming. I forgot my hat when taken the shuttle and the driver returned it to the hotel, and I was able to pick up the next day. I hope I can return soon. Thank you ♥️🙏

This small property is nested between a few upscale buildings. The room was cute and clean, and patio area very eclectic, with colorful murals. The free breakfast offered fresh fruit. I will stay again in the future.

The property grounds was excellent, keyless entry, awesome hotel intro and helpful staff with directions and recommendations, excellent room choice. Room amenities were plenty, beautiful patio backdrop overlooking the pool, HVAC worked great, property located up on a hill with a lot of stairs to climb, which we tackled early during our visit til we started hitting the bars late night coming back exhausted, and wondered whyyyyyyyy lol. If you can’t walk the steps after you party in heat like we did in June there is a funicular avai til the evening 9 or 10pm, otherwise take your time with stairs after hours, it’s part of experience. The property is worth it, near the beach, restaurants, shopping, bars, near a taxi stand as well. Loved the place and would visit again and again.

Absolutely wonderful first visit to Puerto Vallarta. ZonaZ is in a great location and we got all of the information we needed about how to get from the airport to the hotel in advance, and plenty of tips about the area when we arrived. Would absolutely book here again next time.
