"The staff was very kind, accommodating our family on very short notice after we were unable to leave the country as originally scheduled, due to the recent events in Puerto Vallarta and the state of Jalisco.
The hotel itself is quite lovely, with architecture very typical of the colonial style of Puerto Vallarta's central, including a charming courtyard and indoor/outdoor dining area. Our room was well-appointed, with comfortable beds and beautiful saltillo tile floors.
From the rooftop deck, you can enjoy great views of the ocean. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, and you are also in walking distance of the Maleón and several beaches."
