"This was the perfect location if you are looking for a quick walk to the beach and do not plan to hang out indoors. My sister and I brought our 85-year-old mother, and beach proximity with no stairs was our primary need. So this was perfect for that! There are no dunes to scale or long exhausting journeys through scalding sand. My mother was able to bring her small hypoallergenic dog, so that was also a huge bonus. I will say that eventhough it has three bedrooms and two baths, it is ideal for no more than three adults, or two adults and a baby in a crib. "

"We had a family gathering here in August ‘25. 15 of us were able to spread out and be comfortable. The pool, outdoor decks, and pool tables were all used every day. Hurricane Erin was a bummer for going to the beach, but we were all safe at the house, so it’s a good location. Just a footnote, some of the text in the description states pyramid bunks were removed and replaced with a king. There’s still pyramid bunks and a bunk room on the first floor, great for families with kids. Thanks. "
