This is a great location, but some updated maintenance needed in the rooms. The carpet in the room we had there were several places you could see prior dogs had peed. No, did not smell any urine. The room was clean. Another thing is people that smoked, stepped out of their rooms and smoked. Yes, you got the cigarette smoke coming thru the open windows. The view from this place is really good of the beach and sunsets. Very quiet at night."
