"We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. It is within a smaller town right outside of Rethymno that has a few wonderful restaurants and bakeries, all within walking distance of the Villa. We took a day trip into Chania one day and it was an easy, beautiful drive. The Villa itself is comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our hosts were so hospitable and very easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying here for your time in Crete!"

"We had such an amazing stay at Villa Emma. The property has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and easy. We are 2 family's of four and it is spacious enough for all to enjoy time together or a quiet moment to yourself. The hosts are great at keeping you up to date with anything you need to know and offering services should you wish to use them. We had the pleasure of booking massages to the villa, this was a great treat of the women of the group. Defo a must!! The local village has everything you need, supermarket, butcher and bakery. All which are fantastic. The local tavernas are great also. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully return soon. Such a fantastic holiday "

"Accom was exactly as listed. Really beautiful villa with gorgeous views of the sea. In a really quiet location too! The only noise was the occasional herd of goats going past The owner was really nice and solved a couple of small issues we had with air-conditioning and dishwasher within minutes of getting touch.There was even a home made cake waiting for us which was delicious!And when it came to check out, because we had a late evening flight, we could extend our stay a little which was really kind.The village of Gerani itself is lovely and characterful. Definitely an easy ish 10min walk (uphill going back, but fueled by wine and good food, its nothing!)Maxis itself is well worth a visit for a taste of authentic food.Pool was clean and very welcome in the heat. Supermarket in the village centre and another one just down the road which are fairly well stocked.If we come again, we'd love to stay here!"
