"The condo was mostly clean, other than the stove being sticky. The fridge wasn't cooling, the kitchen sink wasn't draining on one side, and there weren't any comforters in the master bedroom and no pillows for the sleeper sofa. There were only 4 bath towels and 3 beach towels for 6 guests. We sent two messages and never received any of the bedding. The issue with the fridge was handled quickly and we managed to unclogg the sink ourselves. Pots, pans, dishes etc. are very limited and some were dirty, do not plan on cooking any fancy meals. The balcony is tiny and there wasn't as much as a chair on it. Also, my teenage daughter could stick her head in between the bars, watch smaller kids closely! At one point we locked ourselves out of the room. Security came within minutes to unlock the door, even though he said we might have to wait a while because he was the only person on site. The pool and hottub are nice, well maintained, and open until 11pm, which we appreciated tremendously. The bar by the pool closed earlier than what the sign said. The drinks are weak and mediocre at best. The entire staff was friendly. The beach area is very small and not very nice, not adequate for a family day at the beach. Fishing on site is limited to the marina area, which was disappointing for my teens. Check-in is off site, which requires an extra stop, but checkout was easy and done by making a quick phone call. Overall a good value for the price, I would stay there again."

"The property was super overall! Very nice pool. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom was fabulously comfortable! The twin beds in the second bedroom were a tad small. My 16 year old teenage son said the bed was too short (he’s 5 ft 10 in). I appreciated the washer, dryer and laundry detergent that was provided. The Shout stain remover was a thoughtful touch! My only complaint, that has nothing to do with the unit, is we visited at the end of July. This is apparently peak season for rotting sargassum seaweed which smells like rotten eggs. (Photo included of the normally nice beach covered in seaweed.)Overall this unit was very nice and we appreciate the restaurant and activity suggestions from the host. She was very quick to respond to any questions! "

"The place was clean, neat, well decorated, and very pleasant. The kitchen was very nice, well organized, well stocked with necessary items, and neat. The bedroom and bathroom were also spotless and tastefully decorated. The balcony although small provided some breathtaking views of the horizon! The grounds were clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it to everyone!"

"We travel every year to the keys! The rental property is by far the cleanest and most organized we have rented. The view was amazing and the pool was the best! I wish we had a boat because this is the best place to bring your boat. The marina is great and the Atlantic location is remarkable! Hopefully next time we go, we have a boat!!"
