"The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety and made to order. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I really like the spacious bathroom. The only negative was the refrigerator kept freezing our food & beverages. "

"Outside my room was table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy watching the boat go by. Housekeeping was superb My room was spotless. There wasn’t any dust or dirt in any corner. The bathrooms were immaculate. I highly recommend this hotel. They also do not charge the resort fee that all the hotels charge in Islamorada. "

"Our family had a great time at Andy’s place. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures. It was clean and well stocked and accommodated our family of 12 perfectly. Everyone had their own space and the kids loved the twin beds with trundles. The best part was the sunrises from the new deck and sunsets from the pier. We saw a manatee, peacocks daily, iguanas, lots of unique fish and even dolphins just from the pier. "

"We found the entire home and grounds extremely clean and well maintained. Location was great for morning sunrises and private beach access. Communications with check-in were timely and very easy. We even received a call on our way to the property to help us with our arrival. Thanks so much for the included amenities of two grills, ping pong table, toys, heated pool and two kayaks. Our only regret was that we didn't book a longer stay. We hope to come back."
