"We stopped at Ragged Edge on our way home from Key West. It’s a hidden gem for boaters! Several slips for boats, good dock, nice pool, and plenty of parking. There are several small buildings housing the rooms. We were in building 2, which I believe has 6 rooms. The room was big, clean, and fully equipped with a stove and refrigerator, cabinets, etc. The view of the Atlantic was very nice. Note: We were there during one of the worst sargassum seasons, and the little cove outside our window did have a lot of it. However, they have a service that comes to clean it up. It was no worse there than in Key West (maybe better). There are many chairs and a couple of hammocks, if you want to hang out near the dock. The staff are friendly and helpful. We really liked the way the buildings were small and separate, rather than one big building. We plan to go back and stay longer!"

"Condo was updated and very nice. Located in Millionaires Row with huge modern mansions. Clean, well stocked kitchen area. Laundry closet with newer washer and dryer which was great to wash bath and beach towels. No laundry basket though to carry clean laundry upstairs to bathrooms and bedrooms. Even a collapsible laundry basket would be good to have. King Size beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning and ceiling fans worked exceptionally. Beach and lagoon area were disappointing. Sargassum algae (which smells like sulfer/rotten eggs at its worst!)filled the lagoon area. Apparently this algae is common during the summer months which unfortunately we were not aware of. Locals informed us this summer was the worst in 15 years. We couldn't get to the dock without walking past this area. The lagoon area was littered with trash such as used water bottles, nasal spray bottle, beer cans and other miscellaneous garbage. Disgusting and dirty. We felt that the beach, lagoon and algae should have been cleaned up and all garbage removed considering the area of these homes. Had we known about the algae we probably would have chosen a different location. Pool area was nice and clean but pool chemicals too strong and water too warm to be refreshing so we only used the pool a couple of times. Overall we would recommend staying here maybe in February or March if available and affordable."

"Booking very simple. Communication with owner Shani, was clear and responsive. Getting in to property and passing thru property gate was a bit confusing on arrival. Contacted property manager JP, who graciously came to house to clear up our question. House was clean and well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Very comfortable, beautiful beach front views and activities. Comfortable for our family of 8. Planning our return. Great vacation home."

"The houseboat were a great experience not only for the kid's but the adults also. Seeing the manatees swim around the cove was awesome! It was a great place to meet your neighbors as the porches are very close. The swimming pool is a great addition to the property! If going back to the area, I would definitely go there again! We really enjoyed our visit there!"

"The house was perfect for two couples. It was clean and decorated beautifully. We had our morning coffee on the deck and wine at night. The kitchen was well appointed. The pool and grounds were immaculate. Communication with the owner was fabulous! Great stay! Hope to be back!"
