"Joseph's trailer was very clean and very comfortable bed. It did have a strong dog odor until we aired it out. Great air- condition. The stove did not work and no one came to fix it. The outside is a mess. The chairs and table at the canal are rusted and broken, unable to use. The couch under the tiki hut was nice but also very dirty. Joseph is off site so obviously has not seen these things from previous reviews. If your looking for a great deal and are not looking for outside ambience, this is a great deal for Key Largo"

"Beautiful spacious rooms. Meticulously maintained property. Excellent value. kayaks and paddleboards available and easy to launch. Wonderful Adirondack chairs right on the water for sunset. Adding a sink in the bar area would be very helpful."

"This was the perfect little home away from home! The house was perfectly clean and nice and cool! The AC in the bedroom was fantastic and kept the room a perfect temperature for sleeping. In addition the bed was super comfortable! We had a great time in the campground and were so excited about the kayaks available for our use. We have already recommended this house and the campground to our friends and family and can’t wait to come and stay again soon!"

"Trailer was clean and had everything we needed, which was much appreciated. Plenty of towels. Had an ice maker as well, which was great since the campground's ice machine was broken and they didn't have any ice. Bedrooms nice, don't find many trailers with 2 BR, so this was great! Would definitely stay there again. Good location."
